Error in conversion and uploading GIF

[GoogleCodeExporter]

i am using openmeetings052 on windows XP, everything working fine but 

when i try to upload .gif file it doesn't upload it shows "convert document".

If i upload any file , file gets uploaded but not share with whiteboard 
( swf not created of the uploaded document)

" deleted image shows".

i have installed ImageMagicK at
c:\ImageMagicK

swftools at
c:\swftools

gs at
c:\gs

all these are working fine from command prompt like
convert command working
pdf2swf working
ps2pdf working

please help me what should i do to convert documents to swf through
openmeetings...

i am attaching my log file also

Hi,

do you have install and configure openoffice server to listen on port 8100 and 
run it ?
