How to improve resolution of videos

Hello,

I would like to have a better video than the original one but I couldn't
find any clue on how to improve video quality and resolution. Is it
possible, and if so, how to do it ?
I already tried to change the settings in config.xml but it doesn't seem to
change anything, particularly on the resolution.

OpenMeetings 0.7 RC2

What's your operating system on client and server side?
Server Ubuntu and client Ubuntu/Firefox

resize the video and click on the synchronize button to republish the webcam in 
the
resized dimension of the video-pod.

And, is it possible to change the size of the video window from the beginning 
of the
conference ?

My camera have problem with only certain resolutions & f/s.I also have need to 
change
the default setting for such configuration to be able to use OM.
Otherwise I have sometimes interlaced video of two angels from one camera or 
blank
screen or garbled blank screen.
I noticed by using other RED5 conference app that such errors happen on too low 
or
too high resolution or incorrect f/s.
