User - Organization Error #644

Which version of OpenMeetings are you running? RC1

Each time I create or modify a user in OpenMeetings, when I click save, I
get the message that Users need to be assigned to an organization, even
though I have added them to an organization.

Assignments work fine, but the error message is incorrect.

I've made a patch fixing the issue - it is for the latest version.

I've applied this patch for r1980 and found, that it fixes the problem. BTW, 
you can 
visit our test server http://212.45.28.27:5080/openmeetings/.
