Disable multiple login sessions under one single username #646

It is possibe to login with the same username many times. It brings all
sort of complications and that feature should be eliminated - only one user
at a time.

I think it could be a configuration option eventually a per user config.
But today I find no way to limit multiple signons.

    -The last issue that we found is that different users can enter to
    openmeetings with the same id at the same time in different computers,
    it would be nice that a user can't login twice to avoid id sharing
    between the users.

=> Yes you're right, on the other hand it can be of course also kind of handy 
sometimes (if you have a group of users that really know what they are doing) 
But we can integrate some option to allow only single login of users. Anyhow 
this feature might take some time ... also be aware that through Moodle and 
other 3th Party applications people might also login multiple times and enter 
multiple conference rooms. Shall they be blocked too?!

I've installed last version and not found this feature. Maybe it's hidden or 
not implemented. I also need this feature.
