"Kill" moderator, if user logged in again and Quited the system (not ties to IP, users can use different procies, VPNs, ISP can change IPs all the time) #649

While moderator is tied to the system by username and IP, then than
moderator can stuck in the system, if something happens with the connection
or browser is closed. By re-opening it again and if IP changed, then it
resolves in a locked Auditorium room with a ghost-moderator. If that user
will log out -> moderator should be killed as it is the same person who was
originally the moderator. Importance of being able only to log in once was
posted earlier on.

Possible solution -> only one user at a time. If the user is listed as
active (and a moderator of a room) while you are logging in the second time
-> info box with the question if he wants to kill all the previous presence
and login fresh again?

I think those Ghost Users should be automatically removed now. So you should
not run
into any locked rooms. Also the moderation can be now for multiple users at the
same
time... So the room is not locked even if the system does not correctly kick
ghost
immediately (but ofter some timeout of 1-2 minutes).
Anyway to kick users manually you can also goto the Administration section and
kick them.
