Which version of OpenMeetings are you running? RC2

How many users have access to white board tools?  Sometimes, everyone seems
to have access and other times, only one has access.

Clear tool erases entire whiteboard content including multi-page documents;
would like option to clear JUST the annotations on current slide and leave
the background data.

Would like to add content from file list to new page and not simply merge
with current whiteboard content.
