Use Maven and save 90Mb of disk space #658

Currently, Openmeetings repository contains almost 90 Mbytes of third 
party libraries. IMHO these libraries should be downloaded at build time 
by Maven. This will save alot of disk space for all of us and will make 
migration to new versions of libraries much easier.
If the idea seems to you fruitful, please post your opinion. I'm ready to 
put some effort in switching project to Maven.
