bandwith warning popping up too often #673

Which version of OpenMeetings are you running?
0.8rc2
In case its an UI Bug => Images say more then words! Please attach a
Screen-Shot.

What's your operating system on client and server side?
server: ubuntu 8.04
Is it a problem related to the client/usability or server-side?

when screen sharing was enabled, error popup messages were generated, to
warn that some pictures weren't transmitted, but there were so many open,
hardly could close them. so if one warning window did pop up, no other
window with same message should pop up
