User not selected on administration panel showup #680

Which version of OpenMeetings are you running?
latest

When an administrator logs into OpenMeetings, and opens "Administration" 
panel, the current user's fields are all empty, but you cannot save the 
entered information as a new user just by pressing "Save" - it causes an 
exception. That's why I offer that first user has to be selected after 
"Administration" is clicked. Attaching a small patch fixing the issue, 
check it out please.

I've tested this patch for r1980 and found, that it fixes the problem.
