"Send invitation" window: choice of a language #685

When a user sends the invitation, it's necessary for him/her to be able to 
choose a language. Currently the language of the invitation coinсides with 
one chosen at the login. If the language a recipient talks not the same as 
the sender does, the message won't be localized from the point of view of 
the recipient.

So, one more field in "Send invitation" window is required - "Language".
