Moodle Module v_03 error on install #694

Hi,

when I try to install the moodle  module on moodle 1.9.4, I get following
error:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class soap_parser in ~/lib/nusoap.php on line
7092

I put the openmeetings dir into /mod/ and then clicked on notification in
the moodle admin-block.

I deleted the lines under /** backward compatibility and then it was installed 
normally
