Exception when setting up a conference in scheduler without selecting the room type #700

If a user goes to scheduled meetings and schedules a meeting without 
selecting a room type, the attempt to save it causes exception. Attached is 
the patch fixing the issue - now the Conference room type is selected on 
init.
