Scrollbar for Screen Low Resolutions #703

For a screen resolution like 800x600 it would be useful to add a scrollbar 
in some windows. E.g., in the "Meetings" main menu window, if the number of 
conference rooms is large, some rooms are not visible. The only way to get 
them is to have a scrollbar.

Which version of OpenMeetings are you running?
Concerns all versions

this also is applicable to configuring meeting rooms - I dont seem to have a 
scroll 
bar on the right to let me get to the parameters such as setting the 
video-container 
size (x, y values). Noted on IE6, 7 and 8 and Firefox 3

I noticed the same problem with scroll bars on

-OpenMeetings 0.7 RC2 (OpenMeetings 0.7 RC2)
-OpenMeetings 0.8 RC1 
(red5-0.8.RC3-build-hudson-red5_jdk6_openmeetings_all_in_one.zip)
- and latest source downloaded from SVN and compiled few hours ago

There is no problem on 0.7 RC1 and 0.5, scroll bars work just fine there

Its a real problem, because as stuartmaskill reported, there is noway to 
configure   
meeting rooms

Yes Scroll bars are really required, even for 1024x768 resolution monitors when 
using normal view, some parts are only visible when you press F11 in internet 
explorer to get full screen. 

It is really appreciated if you could add scroll bar feature back soon. 
Thank you verymuch for this great product for Seba Vagner and all the 
contributers 
et al.

Horizontal scrollbars are needed on conference room administration screen; even 
at 1024 x 768, the entire screen is not visible. See attached screenshot, from 
Firefox 3.6.13, openmeetings_1_6_rc1_r3621, and Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment 
(build 1.6.0_22-b04); Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 17.1-b03, mixed mode)
