upload files directory #722

When somebody upload a file, it was stored in absolute path
...red5/webapps/openmeetings/.... not in a personalize conference path

The same for the list of file in the swf: it show the file in absolute
openmeetings path.

You put this issue on the list of issue to be deleted so I guess its not valid
