Several users can edit a documents on the whiteboard (without moderator's approval) #725

When a user (let's say, the moderator) uploads some document to the
whiteboard, several users capable of editing the document. They can choose
next/previous page, press "clear the screen", draw any figure etc.

(As I understand the intention of the architect, moderator can empower any
user to take part in a document presentation. There's tick opportunity in
the left top corner against any user. However, those ticks cannot be
checked. This is an issue as well.)

The reproducer is simple. Enter by several users. Let the moderator upload
any file and then put it to the whiteboard. Check whether any of other
users can edit the document.

Which version of OpenMeetings are you running?
0.8 rc2

Hi,

I agree with you. See my issue (724), it's very similar. I hope someone could
repair
that...
Could you check my issue and confirm it ?

Thanks,

Bidab
