Meeting time in invitation letter #727

If a meeting invitation is effective for a period of time, this time period 
needs to be inserted into the invitation letter automatically. This is 
important information for a person being invited.

Which version of OpenMeetings are you running?
0.8 rc2

This solution seems to solve the problem, but if there is no such period, user 
should 
have nothing in the letter instead of having From and To eqoal to current time. 
This 
can easily be done by having only one parameter in letter which is set only if 
the 
dates are "correct". Could you please refactor your patch to address those 
wishes of 
mine? Otherwise, I could easily do it myself.
