Failed to find libtinySAK #23

 I am trying to compile in centos , it getting an error 
Failed to find libtinySAK . I have libtinySAK.so.0 in the lib directory

Can any one advise me , how to resolve it?

Run following before ./configure your telepresence
export PKG_CONFIG_PATH="$PKG_CONFIG_PATH:/usr/local/lib/pkgconfig"
It work for me.
