support /ping command #3

when I do /PING <bot_nick>, I do not receive the same message as when I do /PING nickserv for example.

Hello :-),

The response depends of what you do, but a specific listener should be fired. For now, the PING command is supported, but not /ping (which is equivalent to PRIVMSG … PING <time>). Just a precision :-).
