Feature request: support for multi-language search or AI search

Reason for feature request:

• Multi-language search: web content in multiple languages will be collected, searching in only one language will not cover all bookmarked content
• AI search: improve fuzzy searching ability, for example, searching for cooking content, but a certain bookmark is introduced to cook a certain dish, the normal search may miss it

AI search function is suggested as an enhancement option, when the former multi-language search fails to find results or the user manually turns on the current search results, similar to the AI search function in Discourse forums.

I think that when a vector database for storing link objects (link tags + AI summarisation of page content) is implemented, then search will automatically become multi-lingual.
