Reimplement original Lesk #14

Some time ago all Lesk algorithms except OriginalLesk were completely rewritten 
to use collections rather than arrays.  We need to rewrite OriginalLesk as 
well.  The version of OriginalLesk we currently have no longer works because 
the API has changed.
