The PrecissionRecallGraph CAS consumer currently outputs its data as a 
tab-separated value file which must then be post-processed (e.g., with gnuplot) 
to create an image.  It would be useful if, at least for cases where 
PARAM_OPEN_IN_BROWSER is set, the graph were generated on the fly.  This could 
be done most easily by using a JavaScript graph library.
