The global hotkey doesn't work for a short time after sending a message #1200

What steps will reproduce the problem?
- I can't reproduce it reliably and hope others to confirm it for me too.
- But usually the steps are:
1) Write a message and send it by pressing alt+s
2) Be quick enough and press a global hotkey for Hide/Show Miranda Window 
almost instantly - in my case it's right Alt + . (which normally writes ">" at 
my keyboard layout).

What is the expected result?
- The Miranda window (dis)appears.

What happens instead?
- Symbol ">" is written into the conversation even though the key combination 
should be reserved globally to Hide/Show Miranda.

Have you tried changing the Hide/Show hotkey?

Well yeah, of course, that's what I eventually had to do in order to make the 
hotkey work all the time. But that's not a bugfix, I believe :).

Oh. Now I have to be sincere, I didn't give that much attention and 
misunderstood your first comment. I'm sorry.

What actually happens when I change the hotkey to something NOT writing a 
character (right Alt + L) usually, is that the hotkey still DOESN'T work, the 
only difference is that now it doesn't write anything since the key combination 
isn't a character.

I can reproduce it everytime now as I got skilled in the "right" timing. 
Miranda seems to completely forget that it is a hotkey being sent until I 
release my Alt key - meaning it doesn't help to use the hotkey more times, 
every key has to be released first.

What could I possibly to test to help pinpoint the bug? Another keyboard 
layout? Another system? Another message plugin (Scriver currently)? All of the 
above?
