0.10#1: TabSRMM's ICQ status recognition differs #1270

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a TabSRMM container with the info bar configured (see attachment) with 
an ICQ (official ICQ plug-in) contact
2. Disconnect and reconnect your internet connection

While TabSRMM's title bar correctly says "Online" then, the info bar still says 
"Offline". After reopening the container, the status is displayed correctly. I 
assume that somewhere in the particular code a redraw is missing.

Can you reproduce this with 0.9.16 and 3rd party plugin disables?

This may happen when you lose connection abnormally, perhaps (and there won't 
be a fix for it, because it's not a big deal).

Normal status changes should be updated immediately though.
