invisibility don't work #1317

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. add buddy, authorize each other
2. optionally go to Options - Status - Visibility and change buddy settings to 
"You are never visible to this person"
3. go invisible

What is the expected result?
The buddy should not see me since i am in invisible mode. More, he should not 
see me even if i am online, because i add him to invisible list.

What happens instead?
Buddy will see me.

the problem is not in plugins
...i test it with two clean installation of Miranda...i used two my account. 
Strange thing...i have not problem with my old buddy on old account, but i have 
problem (with the same buddy) on new account.
