It will be very nice for Miranda to have a very important feature, that is
controling the replies to CTCP requests, or ignoring them completely.
CTCP could lead to information leakage, i.e. the Miranda version on the user's
system which could enable an attacker exploit an unpatched installation
Furthermore the information gathered through CTCP/USERINFO or CTCP/TIME can be
used for a social engineering attack.
Last but not least, CTCP/PING could lead to a DoS attack.
