Unauthorized into transports on XMPP account during applying settings.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Login into jabber account
2. Register into any transport of that account.
3. Logout that transport(in contact list in context menu of item whcih 
represents that registration item Login/Logout)
4. Open settings(classic) in Network category select jabber account.
6. Change any setting to cause the Apply button become unlocked.
7. Push Apply button

What is the expected result?
Setting to be saved, without any side effects.

What happens instead?
Settings saved, but as side effect all transports are relogined again. I did 
not requested that. I'm treating such behaviour as security and privacy error.

Another way to reproduce bug, more global I think.
1-3 repeate from original message.
4 Go to into account manager.
5 Add there new jabber account.
6 Push OK.
