Miranda Version : v0.8.10
Unicode Build : Yes
Test Build # (if applicable) :
Plugin Version # (if applicable) :

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Close the contact list.
2. Enable update notifications.
3. Wait for the next notification to come.

Reproduces easily every time the notification pops up.

What is the expected result?
I expect the update notification to pop up. However, it's very annoying
when any window whatsoever steals focus.

What happens instead?
The window pops up in the screen foreground and steals the focus.

I have to make a clarification since I've been monitoring the issue over the
last
couple of days. The repro I have given initially is wrong. Actually, if you
close the
contact list Miranda won't steal the focus. However, if the contact list is
open (in
my case it's also configured to be always on top and is transparent) the message
popup does steal the focus. Even if Miranda does not have the focus itself.

I change this to a enhancement request because I assume it's currently working
as intended.
