Events from Jabber contacts can`t be ingored #429

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add one or more Jabber contacts
2. Go to Options->Ignore and Block all events form this contacts
3. Send authorization request from one of this contacts

What is the expected result?

All events from this jabber accounts must be blocked.

What happens instead?

You can see, that this requests is not blocked.
I can`t use jabber account in miranda anymore, because my contact listed 
in bot database and everytime I login bot sends authorization request to 
me and bother me.

For jabber you can also use status menu->Jabber->privacy list

Confirm the bug with 0.8.10 please. Old versions aren't supported.

I`ve check 0.8.10 - same problem. menu->Jabber->privacy list also not works 
with 
rule if JID=alina0584@gmail.com deny all.
with privacy list in 0.8.10 another problem: when I call List Editor - "Lists" 
list 
is blank. Only when I add any new temporal list - all my stored lists showed.
But, in any case, I can`t block spambot by now.
