Workflow improvements: navigate images, copy/paste settings #109

I am looking for an alternative to Aftershot Pro. I compared a lot of raw 
converters, both commercial and open source, and Photivo looks very impressive 
(1:x reduced pipeline, huge amount of settings, speed).

It appears to be slightly lacking in the workflow department, though :-(

I looked, but I didn't find the following options:

1. easily navigate to the next/previous image in a folder (e.g. by pressing 
right and left arrows)

2. copy current image settings to clipboard (Ctrl-C) and apply them to a 
different image (Ctrl-V)

3. settings should be auto-saved when navigating to a different image
