New chatwindow opends with no text when getting a new message

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Dose not really know but here are some off my options
1. All in one window (chat, muc and roster)
2. Extended options Plugin loaded
3. maybe configuration failure so I included options.xml

When I get a new message from a contact I would expect that a new tab will
open with the massage inside.

What do you see instead?

The new tab open but there is no message inside I have to click on the
contact or on the event toolbar to see the message.

Какую версию Psi+ / ОС Вы используете?
What version of the Psi+/OS are you using?

I have the problem since Version >0.15.2060
I have the problem on a PC with Windows XP and Windows 7 64bit

If needed I can get you a connection to my Virtual Machine so you can check
for the problem.

на нем два бага
1) в окне сверху должно быть сообщение 
посланное из окна снизу
2) странный прозрачный артифакт (по всей 
видимости не связанный с данной багой)

hm can't reproduce with latest revision.
fixed by 1180-psi-fix-proccess-first-message.diff

I still have the problem with Psi+ 0.15.2227 Beta (Apr 26 2010) // Windows 7 x64

is there a special option or is still the "auto open new massage" in the event 
tab?
