How to add a hmip device? #101

Hi there,

how do I add a homematic ip device with homemantic manager? I tried to pair it but nothing seems to happen after all. Is there a special way to add a hmip device (maybe using the serial number and the key)? I'm using homeassistant's OCCU addon.
