GL-C-008: how to control RGB, WW and CW independently? #124

Open baycom opened 4 years ago

baycom commented 4 years ago

The GL-C-008 offers 5 outputs (RGB, WW and CW) but I am not able to set a RGB value while a WW/CW value is active without switching WW/CW off. Is there a way to set an RGB value independently of WW/CW and vice versa?

My findings so far:

What can I do to keep all outputs active?

See https://github.com/Koenkk/zigbee2mqtt/issues/2335#issuecomment-566701129

@hobbyquaker would need to implement it into node-red-contrib-zigbee tho. So currently I do not think it works

Is there any answer to this ? Im trying this to but its not working. When i try separate_control: true there is no difference or the lights are not responding anymore... so im curious if theres anyone who got this working...

Sineos commented 3 years ago

How did you set the separate_control? Wasn't aware that this is implemented

DJSmile-T commented 3 years ago

Well I'm really stupid I guess 😂 haha I don't get the documentation so I tried separate things.. I tried it in the devices.yaml en in the configuration .yaml but din't get that working

What i have in my devices.yaml is : '0x680ae2fffed62166': friendly_name: Aquraium_licht separate_control: true
