Zigbee dependency update #157

Please review my code changes carefully. I've bumped the dependencies and made a few minor changes in the converter. For compatibility with the latest zigbee-herdsman and zigbee-herdsman-converters some changes were required.

I've tested setting values to a converter. Getting values from a converter. Reports, configuration and ping. Test devices are: CC2531 Zigbee Stick, Aqara Window contact, Osram SmartPlug+, Ikea Tradfri LED1924G9.
