retune difficulty based on playtesting #25

This is less out-of-whack than it was, but leaving open until we have some more playtest feedback.

common feedback seems to be it doesn't feel great to still get fired ("restaurant job" ending) if you sided with alex - could either change that ending or make it clearer that you need to go All The Way to get the evil ending.
