Multi-monitor support #4

Hey, @necropolina. As of right now, the extension seems to support only the primary monitor (though that also isn't always true; I blame GNOME here). Is there any chance you would support multiple monitors?

Since the extension Useless Gaps is able to support multiple monitors (though that extension's function is often broken), I think this need is achievable?
