Fix CI builds #37

All the recent CI builds have been failing on Linux.

The most obvious thing that changes since the last build that were green, is the upgrade from Rust 1.32.0 -> 1.35.0, but I was unable to reproduce it on my linux server (also when building it via cross, as done in the CI build).

Partially reactivated in #51, so the automatic releases work.
