Release linux version of 0.1.7 #51

I don't have access to the VPC that I used to release the linux binaries in the past anymore (or maybe they were released from the linux CI that is currently broken 🤔 ). Anyways, I need to figure out an alternative to release it.

Released as 0.1.8 via CI, as I didn't figure out a way to get 0.1.7 to compile locally.
