Add links between kata areas #40

Navigation could be improved by adding some links, for example:

From kata trainer to kata details/description page
... other ideas?

I sometimes miss a link from the Kumite edit panel (kata fork) to the translations page to see how other translators have dealt with specifics of the kata, e.g. number/range of random tests.
