Metrics should be grouped together by "type" and referenced that way on command line #75

Rather than selecting a metric by name on the command line, which is cumbersome considering how many metrics there are in the base set for FUSION, we should split them up into groups and have users reference them this way.

Example groups:

Cover
Height
Intensity
