Search plugin files misplaced in the "upgrade" download #169

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open your "upgrade" 2.1.0 .zip file
2. Go inside the "com_gcalendar" folder
3. See the folder "plg_gcalendar_search"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The folder "plg_gcalendar_search" should be in the root of the archive.

What version are you using?
GCalendar: 2.1.0
joomla:
php:
mysql:
apache:
os:
Browser:

Please provide your web site url.
