str_split() erreur on php 4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Install com_gcalendar_2_1_0
2.Go to component
3.Go to the settings of Gcalendars

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
At this point the list of calendars open and it's asking for the name, the
calendar URL and the magic cookie, but i've the message :
[Quote]Fatal error: Call to undefined function: str_split() in
.../administrator/components/com_gcalendar/util.php on line 76[/Quote]

What version are you using?
GCalendar:2.1.0
joomla:1.5.11
php:4.4.2
mysql:5.1.6
apache:2.2.0
os:FreeBSD 6.1
Browser:Firefox
