Month Scroll Incompatiblitly with sh404SEF

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. sh404SEF enabled
2. GCalendar view menu link
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The component displays the current month correctly. When I click the next
month icon to scroll to the next month no events are displayed when there
are events for that month in the calendar.

The problem does not appear if the menu link is set to Google Calendar and
sh404SEF is turned on. 

There is no problem in GCalendar view if Joomla SEF & sh404SEF is turned off. 

What version are you using?
GCalendar: 2.1.1
joomla: 1.5.12
php: 5.2.5
mysql: 5.0.67
apache:
os:
Browser: Firefox 3.0.10
