Some clients do not disconnect after background time out #1102

Test version 3.2.11 tested / mainly reproducible on Samsung devices

Description:

Client is in background. After approximately 6 minutes it should disconnect, however, some clients (mostly Samsung devices) stay in background mode until the app is killed or put in foreground.

Can't reproduce yet on:

Samsung S5
Samsung S4

Switched WiFi off in Standby permanently Switched App optimzation on for Hoccer permanently Plugged of from charger.

Still disconnecting after time out properly.... Could be an issue with the phone going completely offline before Hoccer disconnects, but there is a wakelock to prevent standby before Hoccer disconnect.

Issue was re-tested with client "UNIHELD" 3.2.15 (429):

Nexus 5 and Huawei G750 showed above described behavior during test session.
