Loading Benefit View error #1214

On some devices, it is not possible to load benefit page:

Huawei Mate 7
Samsung S4
Samsung S4 mini
LGG2
S5
HTC one mini
G750 Huawei

More Information:

When selecting "benefits" wrong placeholder is shown.
User is not able to load / reload page manually.
Connection: WIFI
Reconnect / App Restart does not work
