Passcode unlock fails very often

tested on iPhone 5s and 6s iOS 9

settings: passcode timeout: always passcode: Touch ID: activated Mugshot: deactivated

More often reproducible when phone is lying on the table:

What happens

Every second attempt to unlock Hoccer by using touch ID fails if

"passcode" via touch is refused (simply not recognized)
and manually enter wrong passcode (no matter what is entered, feedback is always "wrong password")

Then view rotates and neither touch ID nor passcode entry is possible anymore. App has to be restarted to proceed.
