Nearby mode - send message to Android client in background mode not possible #771

Hoccer version 3.3.30 reproducible

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Android client (A) and iOS client (B) enter nearby mode
  2. Client (A) closes app - Hoccer running in background
  3. client (B) sends message to client (A)
  4. iOS client (B) states: "message cannot be sent"

This problem does not occur with two Android clients involved.
