Cropping avatar image is not possible on iPad running iOS 9.2 #788

version 3.3.34 tested on iPad mini iOS 9.2

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Profile > edit > chose new avatar image
  2. Scaling avatar image
  3. A random extract of the original image is chosen and set as avatar after hitting "done"
