Failing attachment transfer when initiating upload while client is offline in ww or nearby #789

version 3.3.34 tested on iPad mini

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open nearby or ww chat (make sure you are not friend's with receiving client)
  2. Activate airplane mode
  3. Chose an attachment and send it
  4. Deactivate airplane mode

--> Image will disappear immediately after client connects

Please retest with new version, could not reproduce it
