test version 3.3.38 tested on iOS 9 - iPhone 6s / iPad mini reproducible

Situation: A client remains in background when an attachment upload was manually stopped.

Steps to reproduce:

Open chat
Upload attachment
Stop upload
Close Hoccer

--> Sending client remains in state "background" when leaving Hoccer and when reentering Hoccer. This state remains until app is killed and restarted.

Tested version 3.3.39: Client is correctly disconnecting.
