Showstopper: New Notification for worldwide deactivation

Notification can not be closed / is triggered in a loop. Have to kill application and restart Hoccer.

Steps to reproduce:

• Open the app and select "worldwide" tab
• close notification and bring app to background (click on home button)
• wait approx. 20 seconds
• open Hoccer
